COURT & MEDIATION

If correspondence doesn't resolve it, we take it further.

Small Claims Court Filing — £300
We prepare your full claim and file it via Money Claims Online. You review and submit. Available once the correspondence stage is complete. -
McKenzie Friend at Mediation — £100
If the court refers your case to mediation, we attend alongside you and support you through the process. -
Success Fee — 10% of compensation
Only payable if you win at mediation/court. No win means no success fee.
Total Cost Example
A dispute that goes all the way through correspondence, court filing, and mediation would cost a maximum of £800 in fixed fees (£300 + £100 + £300 + £100), plus 10% of any compensation you recover.
